The free tier stays free. The paid plans fund evidence review, privacy, support, and reliable infrastructure, and each one covers the whole family. Plus charges for capacity, storage, and more than one child. It does not sell better safety, more accurate answers, or more private access to your own data, and it never will.

Signed out, the app stores everything in your own browser and sends nothing to us. Signed in with an invited family, what you log is saved to your family's account on our server and shared with the people you invited, behind your circle's permissions. Billing is not part of any of it yet.
Healthy endings
What happens if you stop paying.
Your access continues through your paid date. After that you get a 30-day export-only period: renew, export everything, delete everything, or write to support. Then the household locks until you renew, and the full retention and deletion schedule publishes before billing opens. Here is the full picture, in plain language.

Can I cancel any time?
Yes. When billing opens, you cancel in your Apple subscription settings at any time, no support conversation needed. Access runs through your paid date, then you get 30 days to export or delete everything before the household locks.
What does the free tier include?
The Learn library, the Trust Center, six practical tools, and one weekly calm card for your stage. That part stays free.
What will LEELALU cost at launch?
At public launch: LEELALU Family at $12.99 per month or $99.99 per year, and LEELALU Family Plus at $17.99 per month or $139.99 per year for a larger household or more than one child. Both start with 7 days free. When those 7 days end, we charge you for the next period at the price of the plan you picked, and we keep charging it until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the 7 days are up and you pay nothing at all. You cancel in your Apple subscription settings, not by asking us. One household subscription covers the whole family, and inviting your partner or a caregiver never costs extra.
Is there a trial?
Yes, 7 days, on either paid plan. It is an auto-renewing trial and we would rather say that plainly than let anyone find out on a bank statement: when the 7 days end, the plan you picked starts charging at its normal price. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end and you pay nothing. You cancel in your Apple subscription settings, not by writing to us, and Apple emails you before it renews. Only one free trial per household across all our plans, so moving from Family to Family Plus does not start a second one. None of this is live yet: billing is closed and no family has ever been charged.
