No tracking cookies, no ad pixels, no fingerprinting. Data you enter in the app itself (a due date, your baby's name, capsule pages) lives in your own browser, not on our servers; browsers can clear that storage after a long absence, which is why the app offers a one-tap backup file. If we ever add a tool that uses cookies, a consent banner will ask you first, and this page will say so before it happens.
Five companies help us run this site and app: Vercel (hosting and anonymous page counts), Web3Forms (delivers your form entry to our mailbox), Google Workspace (our email), PostHog (anonymous, cookieless tap counts in the app), and OpenAI (creates Lu's replies to messages you type; it does not train on them and holds them only briefly for safety checks). Google Fonts serves our two typefaces. None of them are allowed to use your data for anything of their own on our behalf.
When the app launches, accounts will store a family profile (a due date or birthday you provide) and the moments you choose to save. Child data will be minimal by design, gated by parent consent, and covered by COPPA plus stricter rules of our own, published on this page before launch, not after.
