Nothing is for sale today. Checkout is closed and no family has ever been charged, so there is nothing to refund yet. The launch pricing plan is already published openly on the pricing page (LEELALU Family at $12.99 per month or $99.99 per year, LEELALU Family Plus at $17.99 per month or $139.99 per year); final terms publish before anyone can pay. When billing does open, both paid plans start with 7 days free and then charge the plan price automatically until you cancel; cancelling at least 24 hours before the 7 days are up costs nothing, and it is done in your Apple subscription settings.
What we commit to in advance. When paid membership eventually opens, this is the policy it will carry, published before anyone can buy rather than discovered afterwards. If it turns out LEELALU is not right for your family, we return your money. No questions, no forms, no retention scripts.
Before launch: a full refund, anytime. If you ever join while the full product is still being built, you can get a complete refund at any moment, for any reason, until it launches for your family.
After launch: 30 more days. Once the full family product reaches you, you still have 30 days to change your mind and get every dollar back.
How to ask. Write to hello@leelalu.com from the email on your account and say you want a refund. That is the whole procedure. Because paid membership will run through Apple subscriptions, the money goes back through Apple to your original payment method on Apple's usual timeline.
Renewals. Under the published hypothesis membership can renew monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose. We email a reminder before every annual renewal charge, so there are no surprises. You can cancel anytime, and your membership simply runs to the end of the period you paid for. If a renewal charge still catches you off guard, write to us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it.
