Lu Principles
Three promises that govern how Lu is built. Plain words, no fine print. Published July 23, 2026.
No ads, no data sales. Your attention is not our product, and neither is your child. We run no ads, we sell no data, and what your family shares with Lu never trains outside AI models. That is a founding vow, not a settings toggle.
Honest AI. Lu always tells you it is AI and never pretends to be a person. Answers cite reviewed sources with a review date. When we do not have a reviewed answer yet, Lu says so plainly and helps you take the question to your doctor.
Your memory, your control. Lu saves nothing about your family unless you explicitly tap Remember. Every saved memory shows what it is and when you saved it, and you can export everything or delete everything at any time. Your child's story belongs to your family, not to us.
These principles are commitments, not marketing. When anything about them changes, the Trust Center changelog says so before it happens.
